Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on digital downloads.

Print-on-Demand & Physical Products

All physical items are made to order through our trusted print partners.

 

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in original condition.

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible physical items.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email tracy@printpanic.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can help make it right.
