All digital products are final sale — no cancellations, no refunds, no take-backs. You panic, you print, you own it.

Please double-check your file type, size, and device compatibility before purchase. If something looks wonky, email us and we’ll help sort it out. But refunds for digital items? Not a thing.

 

Print-on-Demand & Physical Items (Mugs, Shirts, Towels, Notebooks & More)

 

All physical items are made to order through our trusted print partners just for you.

 

Because of that, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible physical items.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• Item must be returned within 14 days of delivery

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

• Personalized or custom items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email tracy@printpanic.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can help make it right.
