All digital products are final sale — no cancellations, no refunds, no take-backs. You panic, you print, you own it.

Please double-check your file type, size, and device compatibility before purchase. If something looks wonky, email us and we’ll help sort it out. But refunds for digital items? Not a thing.
Print-on-Demand Items (Mugs, Shirts, Towels & More)
All physical items are made-to-order through our trusted print partners (Printify & Printful), just for you — which means:

No returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

If something shows up broken, wonky, or looks like it got in a fight with the postal system, please email us at tracy@printpanic.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include photos of the item + packaging so we can escalate it with the printer and figure out next steps.
We’ll work with you to get it sorted. Pinky swear.
