Order Processing & Shipping
All physical products are made-to-order and fulfilled by Printify and Printful. We do not keep inventory on hand, and we don't control the elves at the print warehouse — so:

Processing usually takes 2–5 business days

Shipping time depends on the item and your location — typically 5–10 business days in the U.S.
You'll receive tracking info when your order ships. If your item is super late, don’t panic (well, maybe just a little). Email us and we’ll help check on it.
Cancellations

Digital Downloads: Final sale. No cancellations.

Physical Items: We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase — email tracy@printpanic.com as fast as humanly possible. After that, it’s likely already in production and can’t be stopped.
