Supporting the Season: A Custom Notebook for Jay County HS Swim & Dive

This season, I had the opportunity to create something special for the Jay County High School Swim & Dive team, and I want to take a moment to say thank you.
This custom notebook was designed specifically to support their 2025–26 season — a place to track goals, reflect after meets, and capture the hard work that happens both in and out of the pool.
Designed for This Team

Every team, every season, and every group of athletes is different — and this notebook was built with that in mind.
From the swim-themed cover to the structured interior pages, everything was customized to reflect the needs of this team, this season, and these athletes. The goal wasn’t just to create a notebook, but a tool swimmers could actually use throughout the season.
What’s Inside the Notebook

The interior was designed to balance structure, reflection, and a little fun — all things that help athletes stay motivated over a long season.
Inside the notebook, swimmers will find:
Seasonal Goal Cuts trackers
Team and Individual Goal Improvement Plans
Weekly goal tracking pages
Swim meet checklists
Post-meet reflection pages
Meet highlight pages to capture key moments
Plus a few swim-themed activities mixed in along the way
Each section was created to support both performance and mindset as the season progresses.
Built for Everyday Swim Life

This notebook was made to be used regularly — not tucked away on a shelf.
Whether it’s setting weekly goals, preparing for meet day, or reflecting after a race, the layouts were designed to be practical, easy to write in, and simple to keep organized from practice to practice and meet to meet.
Supporting Student-Athletes

High school swimmers juggle a lot — school, training, meets, and everything in between. This notebook was created to help bring some organization and focus to that busy schedule, while still leaving space for creativity, reflection, and personal growth.
Seeing It in Action

One of the most rewarding parts of this project has been seeing swimmers actually using their notebooks and sharing photos from the season.
Watching athletes take ownership of their goals, track their progress, and put in the work is exactly why I love creating team-focused projects like this.
Thank You

Thank you again to the Jay County High School Swim & Dive team for trusting me with this project and for allowing me to be a small part of your season.
Wishing all the swimmers and divers continued success, strong finishes, and plenty of highlights as the season continues. 💙🏊♂️🏊♀️
